Sunday 22 September @ 1:30pm

The Bally Dad’s Club mission is simple, “Local Dad’s…Better Connected”. This Walk/Run event aims to unite our local Dad’s through a shared challenge while raising funds for Spoke to a Bloke, a local men’s mental health charity.

This event caters to all levels of fitness. It’s not a race, so choose your pace, and everyone’s a winner!

The event starts at Queenscliff SLSC, follows the Manly Beach Promenade to Manly Wharf, and then along the Spit to Manly trail to Clontarf Park, where kids can join their Dad for the final 2k push to the finish line at the Balgowlah Bowling Club.

Enjoy a post-event function at the club with grazing tables for adults and a sausage sizzle for the kids.

Entrance Fee: $50 (kids free)

Each entrant receives a BDC event kit including a T/Shirt, Work Out Towel and Ball Cap.

Walk or Run. Let’s get it done!

Funds raised support Spoke to a Bloke programs M.I.N.D.S and 121 Projects, offering mental health support and direct financial assistance to men in need.  https://www.spoketoabloke.org/projects

Participants also have the option of setting up their own page to raise additional funds beyond their entrance by having friends and family sponsor their challenge individually.

Big thanks to our local sponsors for their generous support.
