WHY IS THE WALK JUST FOR BLOKES?
It also serves as medicine, enabling blokes to be active, to connect, listen, learn and to share in the walk and building resilience through action. We encourage your loved ones to meet you at the end to celebrate your achievement!
WHAT IF 25KM IS TOO MUCH FOR ME ON THE DAY?
All walkers have the option of ending their walk at anytime they feel necessary, we just encourage you to do your best - you might surprise yourself!

WHY DOES THE WALK FINISH AT HOTELS, PUBS AND CLUBS?
OUR ALCOHOL POLICY
We recognise that alcohol can be a contributing factor to mental health challenges among blokes. As such, the event does not promote or encourage the consumption of alcohol, and alcohol is not included in the price of the entry ticket.
We respect the personal choices of each participant regarding alcohol consumption. At each end venue, lunch will be available for purchase at own arrangements, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the discretion of the attendee.
Alcohol service will be managed by the venue in accordance with responsible service guidelines to ensure consumption is safe and appropriate.
