Why AMEX GBT Bro's x Spoke to a Bloke
I feel there isn't enough done to support Men's Mental Health, globally. I created BRO’s to provide a safe environment for Men to open up and support one another at GBT. Mental Health as always been important to me, in particular to support people who are struggling. I lost a best friend due to his Mental Health struggles, and this is my key driver - I'm passionate about doing as much as I can to support people who are struggling. We wanted to partner with Spoke to a Bloke after seeing their global events and the impact these have, to organize a AmexGBT walk for everyone at GBT to take part it to raise awareness for Men’s Mental Health and raise money to help others whilst speaking up together!
