What is Walk for a Bloke
Walk for a Bloke is more than just a 25km challenge. It’s a day for blokes to step up, walk side by side, and make a real difference for men’s mental health.
This is your chance to reconnect with old mates, meet new ones, and be part of something bigger - a movement that gets blokes talking, walking, and supporting one another.
Whether you walk solo, rally your mates into a team, or get your whole workplace involved, every step you take helps change the story for men’s mental health.

Behind a smile!
Friday 27th Feb They say laughter is the best medicine but the loss of our colleague has taught us a painful lesson: sometimes, humor is a shield - a smile, a deflection.He was a teammate. A friend. A gentle giant. Always on hand to help where needed and ready with a perfectly placed dry comment when required. But beneath those jokes was a mental health crisis that ultimately took his life.
That is why I am raising money for Spoke to a Bloke so that the next person who feels they have to joke or smile through the pain knows that there is a safe place to put the mask down. Share
