Hughy’s Pelicans
A few months ago I lost one of my best mates, Hughy. Our small group of camping/traveling tragics are spread out all over the country now, but no matter the distance Hugh was always there for a yarn, the odd mechanical advice or a beer over the phone and watching over us all! He called us all pelicans which for most people might be considered an insult but from Hughy it was all from the heart, pure love.
Walk for a Bloke is more than just a 25km challenge. It’s a day for blokes to step up, walk side by side, and make a real difference for men’s mental health.
