"Let's be clear- we're not here for our dance moves, they're basically non-existent. But if embarrassing ourselves on a stage will raise awareness and support a good cause, we're all in!"
That's the response from Josh Helbig and Justin Westhoff from the Old Mill Brewery in Tanunda. You know Justin as the ex AFL footballer who came home to the Barossa to join his mate making wine and starting the Forage Supply Co brand and Josh is well known for his skills in brewing the valleys best beer at Rehn Bier. They've recently joined forces to create The Old Mill Brewery which not only serves their own great wine and beer, but they also supports local live music artists.
They both agree that men's mental health doesn't get talked about enough in the Barossa, even though it affects so many people in our community. "We hope making a fool of ourselves on stage will shine a light on those conversations & remind us how important it is to look out for our mates & speak up when things aren't ok"
