Why I'm walking and talking to blokes
Monday 16th Mar
Like most men my age, I've lost mates along the way to suicide, and seen others grapple with their mental health.
And like most men, I find it easiest to talk about what's really going on for me while doing something else — driving a car, riding a bike, using a tool, or just going for a walk. On the 21st I'll be walking with a bunch of other blokes to show up, to listen, and to talk openly.
