We all go through tough times in life and the hardest part is speaking up and reaching out to one of your mates. All it takes is a call,txt,💙,👍🏾 or a “hope your well lah” for us to make a change in someone who’s struggling. It may feel awkward and random but at least you’re reaching out and that matters.
