The name? A nod to Winston Churchill, who used “Black Dog” to describe his depression - the shadowy stretches many of us walk through but rarely speak about.

BABD is a peer to peer support group for men that meets monthly in Zug & Zürich. No agenda. No pressure. Just a chance to walk, talk, or simply be, with a good group of blokes who get it.
