A Walk For Men's Mental Health

Just a bunch of mates getting together to raise awareness for men's mental health.

Alot of men of all ages have gone through what feels like hell, a dark hole of loneliness,  suffocation and dread.  Unfortunately sometimes this can push them into suicide.

It's a real threat facing many men of all ages, and many feel they are alone with no-one to talk to, no-one to listen, support and be there for them.

We are here as a team to get together with our friends, family and a community of men to shoulder the weight the sometimes consumes us and to remind each other that we here to listen, support and be that light that helps those men who struggle with mental health.

Let's walk together, get fit and raise awareness for men's mental health.
