What is Walk for a Bloke
Previously known as Nicks Walk, Walk for a Bloke is a unique event for blokes to come together and walk 25kms to raise awareness and funds for bloke’s mental health.
Walk for a Bloke is more than just a fundraiser – it can act as a form of medicine. By encouraging physical activity, creating opportunities for mateship, and providing a safe space for men to share, listen, and learn, we help build resilience and strengthen mental well-being through action.

Wednesday 5th FebJoin Me for the Walk for a Bloke!
Hey everyone! I’m excited to be taking part in the Walk for a Bloke this March to raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health. Mental health is something I’m passionate about, and I believe we all have a role to play in supporting those who may be struggling.
I’ve set some fun—and slightly crazy—goals for my fundraising, and I’d love your support!
Goal 1: $500 Raised = 14-Minute Ice Bath
If I reach $500, I’ll be doing an 14-minute ice bath after the walk. Yes, you read that right! It’s going to be cold, but it’s all for a great cause.
Goal 2: $800 Raised = Dye My Hair Active Green
If we hit $800, I’ll be dyeing my hair active green, one of the Seattle Seahawks' main colors. It’s a fun way to show my love for sports, which have been a major tool in helping me manage my mental health.
Goal 3: $1000 Raised = 25km in a Forest Gump Costume
If I hit $1000, I’ll walk the entire 25 kilometers in a Forest Gump costume (wig and beard included!). It’s going to be a challenge, but I’m all in for raising awareness.
