Walk for a Bloke London

What is Walk for a Bloke

Walk for a Bloke is more than just a 25km challenge. It’s a day for blokes to step up, walk side by side, and make a real difference for men’s mental health.

This is your chance to reconnect with old mates, meet new ones, and be part of something bigger - a movement that gets blokes talking, walking, and supporting one another.

Whether you walk solo, rally your mates into a team, or get your whole workplace involved, every step you take helps change the story for men’s mental health.

Get men talking!

Wednesday 25th Feb
Recently, our team lost someone who meant a great deal to us.

He was a teammate. A friend. A hard worker. The kind of bloke who showed up, got on with the job, and didn’t make a fuss. Like so many men, he carried more than we ever saw — and he carried it quietly.

We lost him to mental health.

And the hardest part? He didn’t talk.

That’s why I’m fundraising for Spoke to a Bloke.

Because if sharing a walk can spark a conversation…
If a conversation can ease the weight someone’s carrying…
If one honest “How are you really going?” can change the course of someone’s life…

Then we have to try.

Too many men feel like they have to be the strong one. The reliable one. The one who doesn’t complain. We check in about work, sports, plans for the weekend — but we don’t always check in about what’s really going on underneath.

I don’t want to lose another friend.
I don’t want another family to get that call.
I don’t want silence to win.

Through Spoke to a Bloke, we’re creating spaces where men can talk openly — no pressure, no judgement, just real connection. Whether it’s during a walk, over a coffee, or a simple chat, the goal is the same: get blokes talking before it’s too late.

This fundraiser isn’t just about raising money.
It’s about raising awareness.
It’s about breaking the stigma.

If you can donate, thank you.
If you can share, thank you.
And if you’re reading this and struggling — please, talk to someone. A friend. A family member. Anyone.

Let’s look out for each other.
Let’s start the conversations that matter.
Let’s make sure no bloke feels like he has to carry it alone.

Thank you for doing this. Mental health is such an important topic and very difficult for men to discuss.
