What is Walk for a Bloke
Previously known as Nicks Walk, Walk for a Bloke is a unique event for blokes to come together and walk 25kms to raise awareness and funds for bloke’s mental health.
Walk for a Bloke is more than just a fundraiser – it can act as a form of medicine. By encouraging physical activity, creating opportunities for mateship, and providing a safe space for men to share, listen, and learn, we help build resilience and strengthen mental well-being through action.

Monday 17th Mar A 13k walk down memory lane in a ways from WG, down past the old primary school, old home, down thru albanvale, past church, St Albans footy ground, ‘Kings Park’, and then up to home. Prepping for Walk for A Bloke next week which is double this 😜 Share
