Most of us have experienced tough times in our lives when, in hindsight, we would have benefited mentally from talking the challenge through with another bloke. Many of us will also have suffered the tragic and always way too soon loss of a close male family member or friend, and the helplessness we feel - "if only he'd felt able to talk to me" or "if only I'd caught up with him, maybe he would have shared his troubles."...
Previously known as Nicks Walk, Walk for a Bloke is a unique event for blokes to come together and walk 25 kms to raise awareness and funds for bloke’s mental health.
It's a real opportunity to connect with old and new mates while supporting bloke’s mental health. You can register as an individual, a team or as a company.
