What a great cause…..I wanted to do the walk myself but due to other commitments I will need to leave it until another time. I can’t express enough how important I consider this mission. Men (or women) opening up about their mental health. It is an illness. It is not a shortcoming. Lean in. The shoulder to lean on is always there. You just need to put your hand up and say I need help. It is not a failing. It is not a weakness. There is a brighter tomorrow. Thank you…….Best wishes to all involved.
