Walk for a Bloke Adelaide

What is Walk for a Bloke

Previously known as Nicks Walk, Walk for a Bloke is a unique event for blokes to come together and walk 25kms to raise awareness and funds for bloke’s mental health.

Walk for a Bloke is more than just a fundraiser – it can act as a form of medicine. By encouraging physical activity, creating opportunities for mateship, and providing a safe space for men to share, listen, and learn, we help build resilience and strengthen mental well-being through action.

Mental health

Friday 17th Jan
After losing a family member to suicide this had a massive impact on my life , and it is something we all need to raise awareness to

Join us for the Spoke to a bloke charity walk/ run dedicated to raising awareness and supporting mental health and suicide prevention initiatives. Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, every step you take is a step towards breaking the silence, reducing the stigma, and supporting those who are struggling.

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and every donation helps fund essential resources like crisis hotlines, counseling services, and educational programs aimed at preventing suicide. Together, we can offer hope, spread understanding, and let others know they are not alone.
