Walk for a Bloke is more than just a 25km challenge. It’s a day for blokes to step up, walk side by side, and make a real difference for men’s mental health.
This is your chance to reconnect with old mates, meet new ones, and be part of something bigger - a movement that gets blokes talking, walking, and supporting one another.

25Km Charity Walk Around Edinburgh.
Thursday 19th Feb Myself a few guys that i work alongside are participating in a 25km Charity walk around Edinburgh to raise awarness and funds for a mens mental health charity. Theres so much stigma surrounding mens mental health and suicide so hopefully if you could spare anything you can and donate so the monies raised can put to a good cause and quite possibly save someones life who is in need of help. I know personally my lifes been touched with a couple of people who have taken their own lifes, so hopefully this can help with some sort of prevention. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
