What is Walk for a Bloke
Previously known as Nicks Walk, Walk for a Bloke is a unique event for blokes to come together and walk 25kms to raise awareness and funds for bloke’s mental health.
Walk for a Bloke is more than just a fundraiser – it can act as a form of medicine. By encouraging physical activity, creating opportunities for mateship, and providing a safe space for men to share, listen, and learn, we help build resilience and strengthen mental well-being through action.

Tuesday 4th FebWalk for a Bloke is a unique event for blokes to come together and walk 25 kms to raise awareness and funds for bloke’s mental health.
It's a real opportunity to connect with old and new mates while supporting bloke’s mental health.
