What is Walk for a Bloke
Walk for a Bloke is more than just a 25km challenge. It’s a day for blokes to step up, walk side by side, and make a real difference for men’s mental health.
This is your chance to reconnect with old mates, meet new ones, and be part of something bigger - a movement that gets blokes talking, walking, and supporting one another.
Whether you walk solo, rally your mates into a team, or get your whole workplace involved, every step you take helps change the story for men’s mental health.

Saturday 31st Jan Well after a massive weekend with the cockroach races last week at the Story bridge hotel it’s been good to take a few days to look back at what we have done as a community over the last 12 months and it’s been amazing. Together with the cockroach raves, steak of origin, Melbourne cup Golf day the 2025 walk and more we hav raised well over $50k in SEQLD for the charity. Soon we will see a new program which is the community grant program that will allow spoke to a bloke to fund activities to get men talking and educate our community on how to spot and manage the need for critical conversations, help blokes have these chats an look at how we can raise awareness in and around the places we live and work.
