Why WPP Media x Spoke to a Bloke
At WPP Media, we’re taking on a 14km walk with colleagues to raise funds and awareness for Spoke to a Bloke, a charity dedicated to men’s mental health.
The charity was created following the loss of Nick Dunn to suicide in 2021. Before his death, Nick organised an annual 25km walk, bringing men together to get active and check in with one another. That spirit lives on through Spoke to a Bloke’s work to help men feel less alone and encourage open conversations about mental health.
Our 14km route reflects the 14 men who are lost to suicide every day in the UK. We’ll walk together not only to raise money, but to help challenge the stigma that can make it difficult for men to talk about how they’re feeling or seek support.
Every donation, whatever the amount, will help Spoke to a Bloke continue its work through community projects, events, fundraising and access to professional support. Thank you for supporting our team and helping us get conversations started.
