On Thursday 19 November, I’m joining my WPP Media colleagues for a 14km walk through London in support of Spoke to a Bloke.

Organised through ADAM (A Discussion About Men) and Mental Health Allies, the walk is a chance to connect, get active and make space for open conversations about men’s mental health.

I’ve committed to raising at least £14 to support Spoke to a Bloke’s work helping men connect, speak openly and access support.
