Why we walk!
Not only did I organise this walk to raise some money for men’s mental health and suicide prevention but having the opportunity to walk with mates that are willing to participate shows that we all have a common goal. To challenge ourselves, to walk side by side, to have a laugh, to talk and to make the best memories. It’s time to get men talking!

What is Walk for a Bloke
Walk for a Bloke is more than just a 25km challenge. It’s a day for blokes to step up, walk side by side, and make a real difference for men’s mental health.
This is your chance to reconnect with old mates, meet new ones, and be part of something bigger - a movement that gets blokes talking, walking, and supporting one another.
